Processing
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date stated on the product page. You receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

Parcels ship with customs declarations as merchandise. Import duties, if any, are the buyer's responsibility per your country's rules.
Returns
Unworn, undamaged items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email. Because our crochet and knit pieces are small-batch, we cannot accept returns of worn or displayed items.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is wrong, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we replace or refund at our cost.
